Your Chef Eric Zampoli

Bonjour,

My name is Eric, I am French and I am from Bretagne. Since 2007 I have been living and working as a cook in the Netherlands.

By working in the kitchen of various gastronomic restaurants in Amsterdam, under the guidance of chefs who have taught me a lot, I developed a love for bistro cuisine.

I enjoy working with quality ingredients and famous recipes that are part of the heritage of French gastronomy.

Because of my Breton background, I learned at a young age to turn crêpes and galettes on the traditional “billig”. I have always continued to bake crêpes and galettes and also took part in various events to allow the real Breton crêpes to be discovered by the inhabitants of Amsterdam and surroundings.

From 2016 I combine working in a restaurant, my own company and working at markets and festivals in and around Amsterdam.

Since October 2020, I am doing catering for companies and working in festivals with my foodtruck selling crepes, galettes and bretons cider.
